I just wanted to post an update to this.

After ignoring their emails, removing all content from Wayback Machine / Internet archive, we have heard nothing else.

It's been over a year, so I'm assuming they've moved on.

So, just to update, I have not sent the above, as yet. Instead, I've been waiting to see what happens with the website owner first, and this was the last paragraph of their last email, just under three weeks ago...
