Hi, thanks for the reply. If I were to create a gaming forum, for any game could I? Or do these rules only apply to Pokémon itself?

Would it be against copyright laws to create a forum where users can discuss recent news topics, games, anime and anything other really. I realize that Nintendo have been strict on copyright laws previously but I am not sure if this is allowed or not.

Would it be legal to create a Pokemon forum where people can gather and discuss things about the game? I realize Nintendo are quite up tight about this sort of thing, but it isn't exactly harming them/ their business in any way.
