Make a fair an reasonable offer based on the actual market value (£24). Double it as a goodwill gesture for their inconvenience as a final offer. Then don't budge from that position. That's what I did and eventually they left it at 'we reserve the right to contact you again at any time". Plenty of threads to review on here that are relevant but ultimately they will all say a very similar outcome.
But if they're not replying to you then don't chase them!
