Hello, I would like to seek advice on a legal question. Our organization operates a Facebook page aimed at helping people study the Bible. To attract users, we use artificial intelligence tools to generate promotional images and videos, and we offer free online courses to users who express interest.

This project involves creating and disseminating religious content through social media platforms and AI tools, targeting audiences both within and outside the European Union. As part of our promotional activities, we use AI-generated virtual images of religious or missionary figures, which are integrated into our content and published on social media platforms.

From a legal perspective, could this practice be considered deceptive or misleading, particularly under EU law? If so, what specific measures can we take to avoid any risk of deception or misleading advertising, and to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations?
