hi, wondering if anyone can help me? I build and fly radio controlled aircraft as a hobby:
Question -After i have finished with the plans can i sell them on? They are copyright and I have check on the UK@CS site and although i cannot 'Copy the work,Rent, lend or issue copies of the work to the public or Adapt the work', there is no mention of selling them on.
I already know of a few people who do this but wanted to check first.
Thanks in advance

Hi domil,
Yes there is no problem with you selling the original plans which you purchased, as you have not copied them. This is because you have a normal owner's right to dispose of your physical property as you wish. So this is no different to buying a painting then selling it at a later stage.

What a great reply, and pretty much what I wanted to hear.
Thanks so much for your help. All of the items I wish to reprint are indeed from the early 1940s.
