I've copied some classified ads from another local forum to mine.
Does the forum owner own the copyright of the posts? He did say that he own the copyright of the posts. But is it really legal to do so?
I don't think posting something would simply transfer the copyright to the owner. Does DMCA cover ads?
Does copyright laws cover ads?
How can i make a DMCA counter-notice?
