musical score copyright

Im looking at doing a new translation and performance of some words and music which was published a musical score which was published in 1911. The composer, librettist and editor died over 70 years ago. is there any reason why this wouldnt be copyright free?

I think you are right that this work should now be in the public domain, given what you have told us.
