Hello every one , I have jut joined this forum and thought to give my introduction first without sharing anything with you.
I am a copyright and trademark lawyer in new jersey,USA. Feeling great to be a part of it and hope to carry out a healthy and informative discussion with all the members here!!!!

Hi and welcome to the forums.
We often get questions with a US element to them, so your expertise will be particularly helpful.
Also, even where the questions relate only to UK or EU law, I think having the US perspective on the same issue would be very informative. I'm thinking of concepts such as fair dealing, contrasted with how fair use would apply in a US context.
