Hi,
I am planning to publish sheet music of my solo guitar arrangements of copyright material (pop songs etc). Is there a blanket license fee I can pay? I hope I would not have to track down every publisher of every song, as I plan to release many songs. The sheet music will be available to purchase online and worldwide.

Unfortunately I am not aware of any blanket licence for publishing arrangements. You could contact PRSfor Music or the Music Publishers Association, who at the very least can certainly help to put you in touch with the relevant copyright owners, who are generally the music publishers.
