Hi psmith,

I need to stress that I can't advise you on how to conduct your litigation. This is for your own protection as well as to comply with the law. I am not able to do due diligence in assessing your problem and since I don't have the complete picture I would be foolhardy in providing an opinion based on partial facts, and you woulde be foolhardy in acting on such an opinion.

Your draft letter appears to have covered all the issues and since I assume it represents your true position, you should send it as it is. Unfortunately I very much doubt that PicRights will respond with a tailored reply based on what you have said. In my experience they just stick to the script and come back with the same old irrelevant nonsense.

Sorry I can't be more help
Andy
