Authors Licensing and Collecting Society Limited (ALCS)
Collects fees for writers whose works have been copied, lent, rented, broadcast or recorded. Including TV and film rights.
Art & Design
The Design and Artists Copyright Society Limited
Collecting society for visual artists in the UK. Open to artists and photographers.
The CLA licenses photocopy reproduction for extracts of literary work.
The Performing Rights Society
Deals with performance rights for music, for individuals who perform, and for venues and businesses who wish to have music played on their premises.
Mechanical Copyright Protection Society
Deals with the recording and use of music
Administers performing rights in Ireland
